Jade Forged - Wuluo

Overview:

Wuluo is a Physical attribute Harmony type support and DPS.

Her support capability is extremely strong, and her DPS is also decent.

Her playstyle is very simple, but her startup speed is relatively slow for both DPS and support roles.

She single-handedly elevated the strength of most Tian Yuan characters. “Gentle Wuluo wreaks havoc in the realm of Tian Yuan characters.”

Sigil Recommendations:

DPS:

• 1, 3, 5 [Grove Whispers]
• 2, 4, 6 [Dawn of the Heavenly Path].
• At Ω replace 5, 6 with [Ambush of the Owl].

Wuchang Support:

• 1, 3, 5 [Fading Truth]

• 2, 4, 6 [Hundred-Fold].

• At Ω replace 5, 6 with [Jonah's Echo].

Tian Yuan Support:

• 1, 3, 5 [Battle Cry of the Wild Sands]

• 2, 4, 6 [Hundred-Fold].

• At Ω, replace 5, 6 with [Jonah's Echo]. If you need early Ultimate Skill charge, you can take 5, 6 [Nibelungenlied].

Sigil Enchants:

Follow the Build page recommendations.

If supporting Wuchang and using the Jinwu module, there’s no need to roll for [Loopback].

[Gifted Healer] should only be rolled if using [Jonah's Echo].

Aether Code Recommendations:

• DPS: Use Blue 3 Aether Code.
• Harmony support: Use Red 3 Aether Code.
• Tian Yuan support: Use Yellow 3 Aether Code.

Signature Functor (Otherworlder - Mengji):

Highly recommended. Half of her support capability is tied to it, and the returns for increasing its level are very high.

DPS Rotation:

• Standard: If Skill 3 isn’t available, use 11 and 22 to build the mechanic. Press Skill 3 as soon as it’s available.
• Advanced: The Blue line requires using the first parts of Skill 1 and 2, followed by a normal attack, to parry/block and quickly gain buffs. Note: during the Panda summoning phase, you can pool 100 “Fabrication [工造]” points before using Skill 3 to summon two pandas at once.

Stat Boost Priority:

Skill 3 > Skill 1/2 > Normal Attack / Ultimate Skill.

• Blue Line (DPS):
  • Wuluo + Sekhmet + Wadjet
  • Wuluo + Wadjet + Thoth
  • Wuluo + Lingguang + Gengchen.
• Red Line (Harmony Support):
  • Wuchang + Wuluo + Lingguang/Dreamshade Oneiroi/Skuld/Hera
  • Xihe + Wuluo + Lingguang
  • Sunflare Jinwu + Wuluo + Lingguang.
• Yellow Line (Tian Yuan Support):
  • Tenblaze Jinwu + Lingguang + Wuluo;
  • Lingguang + Gengchen + Wuluo;
  • Linyu + Yingzhao + Wuluo;
  • Mengzhang + Linyu + Wuluo;
  • Luliang + Linyu + Wuluo.

Notes:

Final note: Her permanent buffs and Exclusive Functor buffs alone are already equal to or slightly better than Skuld’s, without having to deal with the RNG of Skuld’s initial attributes and control resistance. The returns for upgrading her Exclusive Functor are also extremely high; the higher its level, the stronger she is compared to a same-level Skuld.
