Became aware of the nature of the world at a very young age, but lacking in a natural sense of purpose and refusing to believe that her identity as a Modifier means she necessarily has to fight the Visbanes led her to cultivate an interest in human society instead. Kuramitsuha awakened in Sasanami's Shimogyou District. She'd already partially mastered her Divine Power when she first awakened, which enabled her to keep living among the unsavory mix of people residing in Shimogyou District. In her wanderings through Shimogyou District, she came to know all too well about the evil in people's hearts and the deception they were capable of. She was so immersed in this world that she came out on top of it, becoming the slickest rogue in all of Shimogyou District. She was a common sight at ruffian hangouts, and would run circles around all sorts of vicious outlaws. She followed her heart, stirring up the already chaotic populace and watching keenly as people swirled in the vortex. None dared retaliate against her for fear of her unrivaled prowess—Even a secret plot against her could very well end up out-plotted. The people of Shimogyou District called her "Ninkyoumon"—She never understood the meaning of the name, but it showed her what the residents of Shimogyou District thought of her, and their view was no different from that of the local goons she'd toyed with. Perhaps it was because she once made a public spectacle of a stingy peddler, or because she posted a notice about a woman spreading idle gossip on the street. Only children dared approach her. It started with a gutsy kid asking to follow her. Seeing the sincerity in the child's eyes, she gladly agreed. Eventually, she took in a gang of homeless "Ninja Irregulars," for whom she provided shelter as well as instruction in various survival skills.

Grants 2% Ultimate Skill charge every second. Gains 15% Ultimate Skill charge whenever the Mod or a teammate triggers Zero Time. The effect can trigger once every 0.5s.

Doing so will result in various modes of So-ei Strike depending on what the preceding attack is.
Casting So-ei Strike after a Normal Attack or regular Frostbreaker: Deals Ice DMG equal to 200% ATK in total.
Casting So-ei Strike after Shadowswayer: Deals Ice DMG equal to 500% ATK in total.
Casting So-ei Strike after Moonshatter: Deals Ice DMG equal to 500% ATK in total.
Every hit landed with So-ei Strike inflicts Frost on the enemy for 10s, which can stack up to 7 times. When an enemy in Frost is hit with an Ice attack by any member of the team, for every 1 stack of Frost the enemy has, increases Non-DoT Crit Rate by 0.8%.
Dodge effect: Entering Zero Time significantly slows all enemies for 3s. Dodge effect can trigger once every 20 seconds.

When a So-ei Strike hits, all Paper Figures on the field immediately deal one round of Ice DMG equal to 200% ATK to surrounding enemies. Effect can trigger only once every 2s.

Drift

Casting a So-ei Strike will drag all Paper Figures within a certain range closer to the Mod and refresh their duration, and when a regular Frostbreaker is cast, all nearby Paper Figures will move towards the direction of the attack. As they move, the Paper Figures deal Ice DMG equal to 100% ATK, as well as inflicts Freeze on enemies hit for 3s that are not yet in Freeze.
