So-ei - Kuramitsuha

Overview:

Kuramitsuha is a strong Ice-element specialized support. Her performance is very good in Ultimate Skillchains with Ice characters like Izanami, Skadi, and Irkalla. It is not recommended to use her skillchain with S-Rank Tsukuyomi.

Synergy Module Evaluation:

After her Synergy update, her support capabilities are further enhanced, and she no longer lacks Ultimate charge. More than half of her main issues have been optimized. Unfortunately, she is still a single-target support. Compared to other powerful dedicated supports, she lacks team-wide support abilities.

Sigil Recommendations:

Before her Synergy update, for a full support build, the dual Ice RES reduction sets [Iceberg] + [The Story Ends Here] are recommended. The positions can be arranged freely, but position 3 must be [The Story Ends Here]. This is because the fixed enchants on position 3 for [The Story Ends Here] are Fierce Assault + Tactics Enhance, while for [Iceberg] it’s double Tactics Enhance, providing a lower benefit. At Omega, it is only recommended to use [Nibelungenlied] on positions 4/6.

After her Synergy update, her exclusive Functor provides healing and Ultimate charge, so she doesn’t lack Ultimate charge anymore. You can equip [Jonah's Echo] to enhance her support capabilities. At Omega, you can add a damage-oriented sigil set to supplement damage, such as [City of the Dead] or [Vanargand's Seal]. The dual Ice RES reduction sets can be used both before and after the Synergy update, but it’s generally better for the third team member, such as Skuld or Hera, to carry the [Iceberg] set.

Sigil Enchants:

• She is quite dependent on her Ultimate, so you can consider rolling for more [Loopback] to accelerate her Ultimate charging.
• Since her Ultimate’s effect scales with her own Ice DMG, it is recommended to prioritize maxing out 6 [Ice Blessing].
• After her Synergy update, you can use fewer [Loopback] enchants. If you are using [Jonah's Echo], it’s recommended to additionally get 4 points in [Gifted Healer] to improve the support buff.

Aether Code Recommendations:

• Ice support: Use Red 3 Aether Code (Frosted Godblood). The Red line AI is quite good.
• DPS: The Yellow 3 Aether Code (Feathered Coldness) before her Synergy update, it can basically be ignored as the damage is very low. After the Synergy update, it is playable, but her strength will certainly not match a main Ice DPS.

Rotation:

• Support:
  A-dodge-A-dodge-A-dodge + hold dodge
• DPS:
  A-dodge-A-dodge-A-dodge-2-3-A-dodge-1-3

Note that for all these dodges, you can’t press a movement key at the same time, otherwise it will become a normal moving dodge.

Team Recommendations:

She has good effects when supporting both S-Rank Poseidon and Skadi. Mechanically, she is a perfect fit for Skadi (almost as if she was born for Skadi).

At low-tier signature functor (below tier 3+2), she can be a higher-tier replacement for Heimdall in an S-Rank Poseidon team. Therefore, players who have an SS Skadi with Synergy can pull for Kuramitsuha without a second thought.

Players who have S-Rank Poseidon and a relatively low-investment Heimdall can also pull for Kuramitsuha to increase S-Rank Poseidon’s output.

If you have Izanami, you must pull for Kuramitsuha, as she can triple Izanami’s damage.
