Omnisight - Luliang

Overview:

Luliang is a Wind-element support particularly reliant on her Ultimate. With the 90% Crit DMG from her 2nd Red Aether Code, she can noticeably elevate the damage output of all Wind-element characters.

Her weaknesses are clear: her combos only have brief i-frames, are easily interrupted, and her low durability makes her prone to sudden deaths. Before Synergy, she also struggles heavily with energy generation; after Synergy, her Ultimate charging becomes much smoother.

On Global servers (pre-Linyu), Luliang is a competent Wind support, though her ramp-up is slow. She works as a solid pick for several Wind teams such as the Luliang–Yingzhao team, Brahmā–Parvati team, Ausar–Thoth team, or Mengzhang-Wind teams.

On CN servers (post-Linyu), however, her role has become much weaker. Linyu offers stronger and more stable support, leaving Luliang mostly sidelined. At present, her main niche is running alongside Linyu in Yingzhao teams.

Synergy Evaluation:

It optimized the efficiency of her Ultimate charging. Basically, with [Nibelungenlied] and 4 [Loopback], her energy is sufficient. The buff improvement is not much and has many restrictions. Currently, only Yingzhao can benefit from it.

As a standard Wind support, the problem remains: Linyu is given for free (Patch 4.0 CN), leaving little reason to field Luliang.

Sigil Recommendations:

• Standard Wind Support:

  • Slots 1, 2, 3: [Pixiu's Fortunes].
    
  • Slots 4, 5, 6: [Nibelungenlied].

• Yingzhao Team (with Linyu using Pixiu’s Fortunes):

  • Slots 1, 2, 3: [Whole Truth].
    
  • Slots 4, 5, 6: [Nibelungenlied].

Sigil Enchants:

It is recommended to prioritize maxing out [Fierce Assault], [Shinn-ryuu], and [Loopback], and then consider rolling for [Berserk] and [Enraged].

The damage from Lucky Coin benefits from the Ultimate damage increase, so one level of [Shinn-ryuu] can provide a 10% skill damage multiplier bonus to Lucky Coin.

Luliang relies heavily on her Ultimate for both support and DPS, and [Loopback] can accelerate Ultimate charging, which is what she currently lacks.

Aether Code Recommendations:

• Wind Support: Use Red 3 Aether Code.
• DPS: You can use the Blue or Yellow lines but the Blue line is only suitable for long fights and requires aligning cooldowns, so the Yellow line is a better choice for DPS.

Signature Functor (Otherworlder - Hujiao):

Currently, her signature Functor is stronger than both the 5-star and 4-star generic Functors, so it is highly recommended to pull for it for Luliang. At tier 3, the duration of Lucky Coin is extended by 4 seconds, which greatly increases the benefit of the Red line.

However, the Functor has a downside: at transcend 7, the duration of Lucky Coin is extended by 8 seconds, which affects the trigger time of the subsequent explosion effect. This might not be a good thing for speedrunning.

The synergized Functor has an independent damage increase effect that currently only the Yingzhao team can benefit from, and it requires you to roll a [Chain Enhance] enchant (note that the whole team must have one of these enchants, otherwise it cannot be triggered).

DPS Rotation:

• Startup: 1-3 -> 2-3 -> 5A-3-1-3 -> 3 loop

  • “3-” means continuously pressing 3 for the combo

Stat Boost Priority:

• It is recommended to prioritize upgrading Skill 3, followed by Skill 1 and Skill 2. If you have extra resources, you can choose to upgrade her Ultimate and Normal Attack.
