This recommendation list is for character investment priority, serving as a reference for selecting characters to develop, not a pure strength ranking. DPS characters consider: output strength (70% low gear, 30% high gear), rotation speed, mechanics, functionality, acquisition difficulty. Support characters consider: support ability, functionality, versatility, appearance rate, mechanics, output strength. Sigils, Warps, Sigil Enchants, Teams, Stat Boosts, Exclusive Functor, field effects, and some Transcend levels will affect strength to varying degrees. Recommended to pair with the build recommendation pages and team recommendation table. Some characters may be controversial if only relying on the tier list.
