Overview:

Jinwu is a Fire-element main DPS, one of the gods of long fights. After Synergy, the speed of stacking her signature Functor passive and buffs is accelerated, allowing for a faster start and quicker damage output. She has now returned to being a mainstream Fire-element DPS.

Currently, Jinwu’s AI is rather average. It is recommended to control her manually, otherwise you cannot unleash her full potential.

In summary, she is an excellent main DPS, but her damage ceiling is currently difficult to reach. The most difficult content now is Iterative Testing 8, and everyone at the same investment level can clear it faster than Jinwu, causing her to fall severely behind the meta. The Red line’s damage is average, and the Yellow line requires stacking her Functor passive, making her start 10 to 20 seconds slower than others.

Synergy Evaluation:

For Yellow line Jinwu, this is a very high-quality Synergy. Although she still needs to stack her Functor passive, it greatly optimizes the stacking process and buff acquisition speed, allowing Jinwu to return to the throne of mainstream Fire DPS. However, for Red line Jinwu, this Synergy is relatively average. It only optimizes the initial burst, and the subsequent ceiling is not strengthened much.

Sigil Recommendations:

  • Red Aether Codes:

    • Slots 1, 3, 5: [Primordial Sun].
    • Slots 2, 4, 6: [Acheron's Obol].
      • You need to stay in the air at all times, and use Skill 2 as soon as it’s off cooldown to maintain the buff from [Acheron's Obol].
  • Yellow Aether Codes:

    • Slots 1, 3, 5: [Primordial Sun].
    • Slots 2, 4, 6: [Griffins' Pride].
    • Omega sigils:
      • Slots 1, 3: [Primordial Sun].
      • Slots 2, 4: [Philosopher's Fantasies]. The buff from [Philosopher's Fantasies] is slightly better than [Ambush of the Owl], but do not use [Philosopher's Fantasies] on low-investment builds
      • Slots 5, 6: [Griffins' Pride].
      • You can also choose 4, 5 [Sword of Roland] (generally used for one-shotting within a Modified Mode).

Aether Code Recommendations:

For low-investment (below SS) or standard DPS, you can play the Red line. You don’t need to pull for her signature Functor, making it very cost-effective.

If you have her signature Functor and know how to stack its passive, it is recommended to choose the Yellow line.

Note: The Yellow line requires high Crit Rate. It is recommended to have 7 or 8 [Berserk] enchants before switching to the Yellow line.

Gameplay Details:

  • Red line: Without the signature Functor, use Skill 3 to take off. Skill 2 must be used as soon as its CD is up. After each normal attack sequence stacks 6 Blazefire Marks, you can use Skill 1.
  • Yellow line: Stack the Functor passive first. Generally, you can take off after stacking 8 or 9 layers. Once in the air, keep using normal attacks. When you have 5 or more Blazefire Marks, you can use Skill 1 to consume them. Use Skill 2 whenever it’s available. At the end, you can save 2-3 Blazefire Marks and use Skill 3 to execute.
  • Fast Functor Stacking Method (Post-Synergy):
    • 1+2 & 2+2 Functor: 3 to go airborne -> A until full Blazefire -> A-3 -> 4 Blazefire-> land without moving (at this point you have 8-9 Blazefire) -> get close to the boss and use 2-1-2 -> 2-1 (if pressed together, you can stack 3 marks at once) -> (2-1-2) -> 3 to go airborne (the last 2-1-2 can be used depending on the situation, for example, if the boss teleports away and you miss a stack).
    • 5+2 Functor: 3 to go airborne -> 1 -> land without moving -> get close to the boss and use 2-1-2 -> 2-1 -> (2-1-2) -> 3 to go airborne.
      • Note: Before Synergy, the signature Functor does not need to be maxed out. It is recommended to upgrade it to 4+2 at most. A 5+2 Functor affects fast stacking. However, after Synergy, you can use a 5+2 Functor, as Synergy greatly optimizes this weakness.

Stat Boost Priority:

Prioritize upgrading Skill 3, followed by Skill 1. Consider Skill 2 and Ultimate only if you have extra materials. Do not level up her Normal Attack at all, it’s basically useless.

Team Recommendations:

Jinwu and Lingguang are basically tied together. For the third member, the priority is: Ek Chuah with the same transcendence as Jinwu, Skuld, support Ek Chuah, S-Rank Hera, support Artemis, Gengchen, Ookuninushi, Heimdall.
