Otherworlder - Sanzhui

When Huaiyang - Xihe is equipped, gains the following effects:
Casting Celestial Envoy grants 8 Radiant Halo Marks in 5s. This effect can trigger once per battle. After an Elite or Boss is defeated, casting Celestial Envoy: Dawn to deploy an array next time grants 8 Radiant Halo Marks every 0.5s for 1s.
While the Mod is within the array, increases the team's Normal Attack DMG by 6% for 4s each time a Normal Attack is cast, and increases the team's Skill DMG by 6% for 8s each time a skill is cast. If the Aether Code Solar Warden: Solar Resonance is activated, this effect can be triggered even when the Mod is not within the array.
Aether Code Orbit Flare: Blazing Strike gains an additional effect: When casting Celestial Envoy: Radiant Brilliance, increases Crit DMG by 15% for 15s, stacking up to 6 time(s).
Aether Code Age Cleaver: Radiant Slash gains an additional effect: Increases Independent DMG by 12%. Increases Non-DoT Independent DMG of the Primal Breach: Nightfall and Empyrean Flame: Soaring auto-cast by the Aether Code Age Cleaver: Solar Etch by 40%.
