Equipping by Dimglare - Verthandi grants the following effects: Increases Independent DMG by 12%. Increases the Base DMG of Skills 1, 2, and 3 by 4.8%. Hits landed with Slash of Glare also reduce the Light RES of the enemy hit by 4.8% for 12s. Every 1 Divine Grace expended with Flash or Choice increases the non-DoT Skill DMG on hit by 0.5% instead. Entering Modified Mode also resets the CD of Flash of Brilliance and Ripple of Fate.
