Equipping by Serene Moon - Selene grants the following effects: If not in the Veil Over The Full Moon state, Independent DMG is increased by 2% for every 20 Moonphase for 8s, up to 5 stacks. If in the Veil Over The Full Moon state, each increase in Independent DMG is changed to 4%, with the effect duration lasting until the Veil Over The Full Moon state is cleared. The range of New Moon Splendor and Full Moon Brilliant is increased to cover the whole map. If the Dodge effect is triggered while in the New Moon state, recovers 15% HP. Grants 35% Ultimate Skill charge when a Shadow Mod or teammate casts an Ultimate Skill charge or Ultimate Skillchain.
