When So-ei - Kuramitsuha is equipped, the following effects are granted:
Increases the Base DMG of Skill 3 by 16%.
Every 1 time a follow-up Frostbreaker or So-ei Strike lands a hit on an enemy, increases the Mod's DMG by 6% for 6s, stacking up to 3 times.
Increases the Ice RES reduction inflicted by a follow-up Frostbreaker attack by 4%.
Whenever the team' Ice attack hit an enemy in Frost, increases Non-DoT Crit Rate by an additional 0.4% for every 1 stack.
Removes all enemy Control RES buffs and points when Mod enters Modified Mode. When in Modified Mode, each time a Control state is inflicted on the enemy, their Control RES points are reset and an ice blast occurs, dealing Ice DMG equal to 500% ATK. The effect can trigger up to 3 times during each Modified Mode.
