Equipping by So-ei - Kuramitsuha grants the following effects: Increases the Base DMG of Skill 3 by 16%. When an enemy in Frost is hit with an Ice attack by any member of the team, for every 1 stack of Frost the enemy has, increases Non-DoT Crit Rate by 0.4%. Further lowers the Ice RES of enemies hit by a follow-up Frostbreaker attack by another 4%, and further lowers Ice RES of enemies hit by a So-ei Strike crit attack from the Aether Code: Frosted Godblood: Shadow by another 10%. Removes all enemy Control RES buffs and points when Mod enters Modified Mode. When in Modified Mode, each time a Control state is inflicted on the enemy, their Control RES points are reset and an ice blast occurs, dealing Ice DMG equal to 500% ATK in total. Effect can trigger up to 3 times during each Modified Mode. Every 1 hit landed on the enemy with a follow-up Frostbreaker or a follow-up So-ei Strike increases Kuramitsuha's DMG dealt by 6% for 6s. Effect stacks up to 3 times.
