A Modifier affiliated with the Redstone Guild, and one of the many crime bosses under guild leader Apche. He’s pulled together a small crew of criminals, and handles all sorts of dirty work for the guild.

Split-Second Snipe
Turns away from the enemy and starts charging up while aiming. Then, instantly spins around and unleashes a single shot at the target location, dealing massive DMG on hit.
Thunderburst
Rapidly fires 5 ordinary bullets at the enemy before firing a charged bullet that explodes when hitting the ground, dealing DMG to enemies within range.
Storm Cleaver
Charges up and slashes horizontally in front 3 times, then leaps up and performs a spinning slash while summoning a Thunderbolt, dealing DMG to enemies within range.
