Dreamshade - Oneiroi

Overview:

S-Rank Oneiroi is a relatively strong Shadow-element support who can also be used as a general-purpose support and provides an excellent damage boost. You can consider putting Oneiroi in most dual-DPS teams.

Her exclusive Functor is almost mandatory. It provides a high Crit DMG bonus to the other two teammates and is not restricted by the teammates’ element. Due to the special nature of the Functor, the benefits of transcending it are also high.

The only drawback is her lack of functional support abilities, such as shields or healing, so she is more suitable for ranged characters than melee ones. (However, if your melee characters are highly invested, this drawback can be almost ignored, as you’ll defeat the boss before you have a chance to take damage).

Sigil Recommendations:

• Slots 1, 3, 5: [Doorway to Dreams].
• Slots 2, 4, 6: [Song of the Victor].
• Omega Sigils:
  • Replace slots 5, 6 with [Nibelungenlied] or [Ruler of the Heavens]

Note that the Crit Rate provided by [Doorway to Dreams] triggers ‘on hit’ and is not added to the panel Crit Rate, so it does not count towards the 100% Crit Rate requirement for the exclusive Functor. If you are building a cross-element team, an Ultimate-focused build is recommended.

Sigil Enchants:

Sigil Enchants need to be carefully considered, otherwise, it’s easy to have excess Crit Rate.

Due to the Exclusive Functor’s special nature, players must maintain 100% “stats panel” Crit Rate.

For low-transcend Functors, [Berserk] has very high priority.

Additionally, without extra Crit Rate bonuses from teammates, a base S Oneiroi with a T1 exclusive Functor cannot meet the Crit Rate requirement. Therefore, it is recommended for S+T1 players to just use the Red Aether Code line.

Without extra Crit Rate from teammates, here is the required [Berserk] count for the Yellow Aether Code line at each Functor stage (assuming the +10% Crit Rate from the M.E.O.W. Mininja; without it, add 3 more points in [Berserk]):

If you don’t want to calculate, just go straight to 8 [Berserk] for peace of mind.

Aether Code Recommendations:

• With Exclusive Functor: Use Yellow 3 Aether Code (Infinite Illusion) to support the whole team.

  • You must ensure your Crit Rate reaches 105%. Otherwise, after deducting the 5% Crit Rate from the 3rd Yellow Aether Code, you will not be able to meet the functor’s requirement.

• No functor/Crit Rate: If you don’t have the exclusive Functor or your Crit Rate doesn’t meet the requirement to trigger it, it is better to use the Red line for support.

Warp Recommendations:

• Slots 1 & 2: [Power UP: Ranged] + [The Executioner] + [The Judge].
• Slots 3 & 4: [Telepathize Forcefield I] + [Unfetter].
• Slots 5 & 6: [Absolute Zero] + [Kinetic Mod].
  • If you have an Ultimate Skillchain, you can consider taking one [Ultimate Equation].

Signature Functor (Shikigami - Seiranubume):

• Fairly reliant on it, but if you’re just using her as a utility character, you can skip it. The exclusive functor optimizes her Divine Grace acquisition and speeds up the startup phase before each burst. The rest are basically stat bonuses, so the benefits from transcending it are not high.

Rotation:

Play however you want at the start. After using the Ultimate for the first time, ignore Skill 3 as if it doesn’t exist. Use Skill 1 and Skill 2 as soon as their cooldown is up, but don’t use the second part of the skill as it will waste energy. Try to perform dodges to trigger dodge effects as much as possible.

Stat Boost Priority:

• Ultimate > Skill 1/2 > Skill 3 > Normal Attack

Team Recommendations:

• Current team options for her are:
  • Selene + Serqet
  • Hades + Skuld
  • Hel’s team.

She can also be a support for some dual-DPS teams.

Note: If your main controlled character is very slow at building up Modifying Level, then the black cat M.E.O.W. chip (Mininja) is mostly useless.

Therefore, if you want to pair Hel with Oneiroi, it’s recommended for Hel to be at least SS rank with a Transcend 2 functor (2+2), otherwise the uptime of the exclusive functor’s buff will be very low.
