Normal Attack

Windrider
Attacks with the power of the wind, dealing Wind DMG equal to 326.6% ATK. Grants 1 Windchime Mark with the last strike of a normal attack (no more than 3 Windchime Marks can be owned at a time). Passive: When the Mod owns 3 Windchime Marks, all Marks will be expended upon skill casting and the skill will be enhanced. Rage: Grants Rage when a normal attack hits.
Skill 1

Blast Squall
Condenses wind energy into a wind arrow, dealing 2 strikes to the enemy. The first strike deals Wind DMG equal to 74.9% ATK while the second deals Wind DMG equal to 673.8% ATK. Skill casting also grants 1 Windchime Mark. Enhanced Blast Squall: Generates 3 wind arrows, each of which deals 2 strikes of DMG. The first strike deals Wind DMG equal to 74.9% ATK, and the second deals Wind DMG equal to 748.7% ATK. When a wind arrow generated by the Enhanced Blast Squall hits the eye of the storm created by Hurricane Spin, the wind arrow's second strike turns into an explosion, which deals Wind DMG equal to 1197.9% ATK in total.
Skill 2

Hurricane Spin
Attacks with the force of a hurricane, dealing Wind DMG equal to 1197.9% ATK in total. Skill casting also grants 1 Windchime Mark. An eye of the storm forms when landing a hit. Enhanced Hurricane Spin: Deals Wind DMG equal to 718.6% ATK in total and generates another 3 hurricanes, with each dealing Wind DMG equal to 479.2% ATK. When a wind arrow generated by Blast Squall hits the eye of the storm created by the Enhanced Hurricane Spin, the wind arrow's second strike turns into a cyclone instead, dealing Wind DMG equal to 1197.9% ATK in total.
Skill 3

Stir in the Wind
This skill can be cast without expending Rage. Increases Skill DMG by 30% for 4s after casting and subsequently reduces the skill's remaining CD by 60%. Casting Blast Squall, Hurricane Spin, or the enhanced version of Blast Squall or Hurricane Spin while skill effects are active grants the following effects. Hits landed with the wind arrows from Blast Squall reduce the enemy's Wind RES by 10% for 6 s. Hits landed with the wind arrows from the Enhanced Blast Squall reduce the enemy's Wind RES by 20% for 6s. The eye of the storm generated by Hurricane Spin drags surrounding enemies. The eye of the storm generated by the Enhanced Hurricane Spin drags surrounding enemies with a stronger force. Grants additional drag effect when a wind arrow hits an enemy already hit by the hurricane. Enhanced Stir in the Wind: Turns into a hurricane and becomes Invincible. Skill casting is prohibited during this skill. Deals Wind DMG to the enemy equal to 2433.3% ATK in total.
Ultimate Skill

Tempest Burst
Deals Wind DMG equal to 1123.1% ATK in total. Also increases all team members' Wind DMG dealt by 30% for 10s once cast. Gains an 8% Ultimate Skill charge when the Mod or a teammate triggers Zero Time. Effect can trigger once every 0.5s.
Dodge

Zephyr Dodge
Quickly dodges enemy attacks, and Dodge may be triggered 2 times consecutively. Extremity Dodge triggers the Dodge effect. Dodge effect: Entering Zero Time slows all enemy movements significantly for 2s. Grants 1 Windchime Mark. Dodge effect can trigger once every 20 seconds.
Aether Codes
Blue - Lord of the Spirit
Condensation
A storm occurs on the spot when the enhanced version of Stir in the Wind ends, dealing Wind DMG equal to 1500% ATK.
Convection
Resets the CD of Stir in the Wind when Mod triggers the Dodge effect.
Dissipation
Gains 3 Windchime Marks after the enhanced version of Stir in the Wind ends.
Red - Nunamnir's Heart
Vacuum
The eye of the storm generated by the non-enhanced version of Hurricane Spin can also drag the enemy.
Vortex
Drags the enemy when the wind arrow from the non-enhanced version of Blast Squall hits the book pages created by the last strike of the normal attack.
Wind Erosion
When a wind arrow hits the eye of the storm generated by the Enhanced Hurricane Spin and creates cyclons from the last strike, the cyclons will inflict Armor Break on enemies hit and reduce their DEF by 15% for 10s.
Yellow - War of the Gods
High Pressure
Shortens Blast Squall's remaining CD by 1s when the third or fourth strike of a normal attack hits.
Air Burst
When the wind arrow from the non-enhanced version of Blast Squall hits the book pages created by the last strike of the normal attack, an explosion occurs, dealing Wind DMG equal to 500% ATK. Also grants 10 Rage.
Turbulence
A small cyclone forms when the wind arrow from the non-enhanced version of Blast Squall hits a non-enhanced eye of the storm, dealing Wind DMG equal to 500% ATK in total. Then, shortens Hurricane Spin's remaining CD by 2s and Stir in the Wind's remaining CD by 4s. Effect can trigger once every time a non-enhanced eye of the storm is generated.
