Blooming Hope - Skuld

Overview:

The first all-element support/DPS in the game. Her support effects are very strong, but because her AI is a bit clunky and she’s a bit slow to build up Control RES, her performance in short battles is average.

Although her buffs are stronger than Lingguang’s, she lacks survival support, which can be a bit torturous for some characters who are in desperate need of survivability.

Her DPS capability is also very strong, especially at high investment (at least SSS with a signature Functor at transcend 2+) and max investment (Omega with a level 5+2 Functor).

At the current difficulty of the game, as a DPS, she is basically a top-tier or second-to-top-tier presence in any elemental team. However, if she is not fully built, her output capability is not as good as a normal mainstream DPS.

Sigil Recommendations:

• General purpose:
  • Slots 1, 3, 5: [Whole Truth].
  • Slots 2, 4, 6: [Silent Book of Fate].
  • Omega Sigils: Choose between
    • Replacing slots 5, 6 with [Ambush of the Owl]
    • Replacing slots 4, 5 with [Sword of Roland].

However, this general-purpose set cannot unleash Skuld’s full potential. As a main DPS, it is recommended to use the general-purpose sigils for that element for positions 1, 3, 5, and then switch the Omega sigils to 5, 6 [Whole Truth]

As a support, you can choose to borrow the support sigils from other specialized supports, so you don’t have to build another dedicated set for her.

Sigil Enchants:

• Support: You can bring two [Loopback]. The rest are the same as the DPS enchants.

Aether Code Recommendations:

• Low-investment DPS: Below SS with a transcend 1 Functor, the Yellow Aether Code line is recommended.

• High-investment DPS: Above SS with a transcend 3+ Functor the Blue Aether Code line is stronger.

  • Note that the ATK bonus from the Blue line is calculated based on base ATK, not the total Basic Stats panel ATK.

    If you want to know how much you can get, you can calculate it by:

    (Basic Stats panel ATK / [1 + Fierce Assault enchant bonus]) - 5200

    For example if your Stats Panel displays 6996 ATK and your [Fierce Assault] is 8/8 (32%):

    (6996 / [1 + 0.32]) - 5200 = 100 Base ATK bonus

    In any case, it’s currently impossible to get the full bonus. Maybe there will be an Access Key breakthrough beyond level 60 in the future?

• Support: The Red Aether Code line is recommended.

  • Note that if your teammates are of two different elements, you need to reroll Skuld’s starting element, otherwise the bonus may be applied to an element you don’t need.

DPS Rotation:

• Tap 3 - 2A - AAA - Solo Ultimate - Hold 3 - Tap 3 - [2A - AAA]*4 - Tap 3 - Solo Ultimate - Hold 3 - Tap 3 - (Tap 2 or continue the loop)

Stat Boost Priority:

• She doesn’t consume stat boost materials anyway, so just max them all out!
