Archaic Oath - Verthandi

Overview:

A-Rank Thunder-element Verthandi is currently one of the strongest A-rank supports. After Synergy, she also has some DPS ability. In a Thunder team, she can be used as a semi-support, semi-DPS.

At the same time, she is one of only two characters in the game who can quickly trigger two Zero Time, which is very suitable for S-Rank Hera’s support buffs.

Synergy evaluation:

Greatly enhances her support and damage capabilities, allowing Archaic Oath to be used as a budget or lower-tier replacement for Lingguang in Thunder teams. She is currently one of only two A-rank characters worth using for most players.

The Signature Functor is almost a must-have after Synergy. Fortunately, it can be obtained for free in the Co-op Shop, so it is recommended that everyone get one.

Sigil Recommendations:

  • Slots 1, 5: [Final Calamity].

    • [Virgo's Meteor] can also be used for faster Zero Time cycling.

  • Slots 2, 3: [Immortal Blackbird].

  • Slots 4, 6: [Nibelungenlied].

• DPS:

  • Slots 1, 5: [Feathers in the Storm].

  • Slots 2,3,4,6: Choose between

    • 2, 3: [Cycle of Time].

    • 4, 6: [Ambush of the Owl].

    And

    • 3, 4: [Eternal Chariot].

    • 2, 6: [Cycle of Time].

It should be noted that if you do not have the post-Synergy Signature Functor, you cannot trigger [Cycle of Time]. If you want to play a DPS-oriented Archaic Oath, it is recommended to max out her Synergy.

Aether Code Recommendations:

• Support: Use Blue 3 Aether Code.
• DPS: Use Red 3 Aether Code.

Warp Recommendations:

  • Slots 1 & 2: [Power UP: Melee] + [The Executioner] + [The Judge].

  • Slots 3 & 4: [EM Flux] + [Unfetter].

  • Slots 5 & 6: [Evolution Particle III], [Pendulum Diffusion], or [Absolute Zero].

• DPS:

  • Slots 1 & 2: [Power UP: Melee] + [The Executioner] + [The Judge].

  • Slots 3 & 4: [EM Flux] and [Telepathize Forcefield I]

  • Slots 5 & 6: [Evolution Particle III] and [Telekinesis Vector III].

Stat Boost Priority:

• Skill 3 > Skill 2 > Skill 1 = Ultimate > Normal Attack

Team Recommendations:

Currently, possible teams include triple Thunder teams:

• S-Rank Tsukuyomi + S-Rank Buzenbo

• Thunder Shu + Thor

• S-Rank Zenkibo + Thor/S-Rank Buzenbo (CN)

And skillchain teams:

• Thunder Shu + S-Rank Hera

• Shinri + S-Rank Hera

Tips:

• Because her mechanics are simple, the AI can also fully utilize her performance. If you don’t want to manually operate her shield block, you can safely let the AI control her.

• Do not use her with Lingguang, as they will cancel each other’s shields.
