Annihilator - Kali

Overview:

S-Rank Kali is a dedicated Thunder element support, who also has some dps capabilities.

She has multiple timed input mechanics that make her relatively difficult to master. Currently, she can be played as either a support or a damage dealer.

Before the Synergy module released on CN patch 4.7 her support build’s strength was comparable to a Thunder-element pre-synergy Luliang, while the damage dealer build’s strength was only about 70% of that of mainstream Thunder DPS characters (like S-Rank Tsukuyomi or S-Rank Shu).

Thankfully Kali gained access to the Synergy buff extremely early, significantly improving buff application speed, ease of execution, and overall consistency. The Synergy update also introduces additional buffs and increased Ultimate charge generation, addressing many of her pre-Synergy pain points.

Sigil Recommendations:

  After Synergy:

  • Slots 1, 3, 5: [Final Calamity]

  • Slots 2, 4, 6: [The Lingering Shadow]

  • Omega Sigils:

    • Replace slots 2, 5 with [Feathers in the Storm]

  Before Synergy:

  • Slots 1, 3, 5: [Final Calamity].

  • Slots 2, 4, 6: [Nibelungenlied].

  • Omega Sigils: Choose between

    • Replacing slots 2, 5 with [Feathers in the Storm] to supplement damage
    • Replacing slots 2, 3 with [Peacekeeper's Blessing] to increase the Ultimate charging speed.

• DPS build:

  • Slots 1, 3, 5: [Feathers in the Storm].
  • Slots 2, 4, 6: [The Lingering Shadow].
  • Omega Sigils:
    • Replace slots 2, 5 with [Eternal Chariot]

Sigil Enchants:

• Support: it is recommended to first max out 4 [Loopback]. For the others, you can refer to the Build tab for the order to roll for them.

• DPS: is recommended to prioritize rolling for 4 [Gladiator]. Refer to the Build tab for the others.

Aether Code Recommendations:

• AI support: Use Red 3 Aether Code (Eternal Thunder).
• Manual support: A Red 2 Blue 1 hybrid setup is recommended.
• Standard DPS Build: Use Yellow 3 Aether Code (Lofty Goddess)

Warp Recommendations:

• Support:
  • Slots 1 & 2: [Power UP: Melee] + [The Executioner] + [The Judge].
  • Slots 3 & 4: [EM Flux] + [Unfetter]
    • After Synergy you can opt for [EM Flux] + [Telepathize Forcefield I] instead.
  • Slots 5 & 6: [Armor Breaker] + [Evolution Particle III]
• DPS:
  • Slots 1 & 2: [Power UP: Melee] + [The Executioner] + [The Judge].
  • Slots 3 & 4: [EM Flux] + [Telepathize Forcefield I]
  • Slots 5 & 6: [Armor Breaker] + [Evolution Particle III].

DPS Rotation:

• Normal Attack - 1-1 armor break - 2A special kick - 3 - 2A special kick- 1A special Punch loop
• Occasionally trigger the dodge effect to reset and use Skill 3.

Stat Boost Priority:

• Support: 3 > 1 > 2 > Normal Attack > Ultimate Skill
• DPS: Normal Attack > 3 > 1 > 2 > Ultimate Skill.
