AblaZe - Tyr

Overview:

AblaZe Tyr is a Light-element DPS modifier. After his Synergy, his signature Functor and he himself have been greatly strengthened. However, it’s a pity that his mechanics limit his damage ceiling. His floor is now much higher, but the main drawback is still the long burst warm-up time. His own damage multipliers are still very lacking, so without two supports, it’s difficult for him to break into the mainstream DPS echelon. With two supports, his damage is roughly the same as Anubis and Oceanus.

Since Tyr’s damage multipliers are almost all blank, he has high damage scaling but nothing else, so the improvement brought by buffers or other multiplier bonuses is particularly high. Although Synergy brings a good scaling increase for AblaZe-Tyr, it’s still the same old problem: the damage is too slow, the signature Functor coverage is too low, and the AI controlled Apollo’s damage is not very good, with almost no support effect. However, with high investment and strong support, his single-round burst damage is considered top-tier in the entire game. So if you like him, it’s recommended to raise him to SSS-rank before building him.

Sigil Recommendations:

Because the effect of the [Obelisk of Light] set does not stack, if a teammate is using it, you don’t need to use it yourself.

Currently, it is recommended to use AblaZe-Tyr’s Ultimate Skillchain with Apollo. It’s enough for Apollo to carry the [Obelisk of Light] set. Tyr can use [Peacekeeper's Blessing].

Sigil Enchants:

Sigil Enchants should be rerolled for a total of level 6 [Loopback] (Tyr and Apollo combined for a total of level 6), so that every Ultimate Skill aligns with Tyr’s Skill 3 burst.

Signature Functor (Elf - Arweil):

After the Synergy enhancement, the demand for AblaZe-Tyr’s signature Functor is much higher than before, but it’s still quite average. The main issue is the damage increase coverage. The seemingly high damage increase has almost no significant difference between a low-tier signature Functor and a 5+2 generic Functor when diluted by the coverage rate.

Playstyle:

If you are using his signature Functor, you need to pay attention. Skill 3 should be used when the chess piece is the Queen (the third one).

That is, ensure that you have three Traces when the chess piece becomes the Queen. The standard damage rotation is: 22A122A123. This is not fixed; just make sure to use Skill 3 when the Queen is out.

Other than the AI not being good at dodging and dying easily, he doesn’t have any major drawbacks.
